Fried Banana Recipe, How to Make Fried Bananas
A simple, quick, easy and nutritious recipe of fried bananas for babies and toddlers. Perfect recipe if you are looking for baby weight gain.
Servings: 1 child
- 2-3 nos. elaichi bananas
- 1/4th tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp homemade ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Cut the bananas in small pieces.
Heat a non-stick pan, add ghee, and then immediately add chopped bananas and stir them. (Don't let the ghee get hot; add bananas immediately after adding ghee.)
Immediately add cardamom powder, stir the bananas a couple of times, and then turn off heat. (Finish steps 2 and 3 within a minute else the bananas will smell quite foul.)
Transfer the fried bananas to a bowl and top them with honey. (Mash the banana pieces if you are planning to feed them to babies who can't chew properly. Also, DO NOT add honey if you're making this dish for younger than one year old babies.)
