Try this fun recipe to make a healthy breakfast for kids. They're sure to love egg in a heart-shaped hole in a toast.

1sliceof whole wheat bread
Dried herbs of your choice or black pepper powderoptional
Salt to taste
Separate egg white and yolk.
Cut a hole in a slice of bread using a cookie cutter. (I used a heart-shaped cutter. You can use any shape of your choice.)
Spread butter on one side of the bread, and toast that side on a non-stick pan.
After the bread turns golden brown on one side, take it off the pan.
Add some butter on the pan and spread it properly.
Put the bread back on the pan, with the untoasted side facing down.
Use a spoon to pour egg white in hole. You need to add just enough egg white such that it doesn't spill over on the bread. (My first attempt ended in some egg landing on the bread, which messed up the heart shape.)
Add the egg yolk in the hole.
Cover and cook till the egg gets properly cooked. (You'll need to check to ensure that your toast doesn't get burned while the egg's cooking.)
Turn off heat and then sprinkle some salt, and dried herbs or black pepper powder on the egg.
