Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4th tsp kala namak himalayan black salt
  • 2 tbsp kala khatta syrup
  • Approx 2 and half cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix lemon juice and kala namak in a bowl.
  • Put ice cubes to a mixer.
  • Add lemon juice and kala namak mixture, and kala khatta syrup.
  • Blend till ice is crushed.
  • Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid serving slushies in plastic cups as plastic leaches harmful chemicals when heated or frozen.
