Boil sweet potato and mash it.
Add jeera powder, ginger paste, and salt to mashed sweet potato and mix well.
Make 2-3 ball-shaped portions of the mixture to be used as stuffing for the parathas.
Take one portion of dough and roll out into a small circle (about 5” in diameter).
Place one portion of the stuffing on the rolled out dough.
Bring together the sides of the dough in the center and seal tightly. This again will be ball-shaped. Flatten it slightly so you can roll out to make parathas.
Roll out the ball-shaped dough stuffed with sweet potato to make a paratha.
Place the paratha on a non-stick tava and then add a little homemade ghee.
Turn the paratha over and cook the other side.
Take the paratha off the tava when both sides turn golden brown.
Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
Serve hot with some homemade ghee.
