Apple Lemonade Recipe

Refreshing apple juice recipe made using lemons, apple juice, ginger, and crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 3/4th cup apple juice

Instructions

  • Peel and grate ginger, and then squeeze to extract its juice.
  • Add ice cubes in a mixer jar and blend till ice is crushed.
  • Add crushed ice in a glass till half the glass is filled with it.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger juice, and sugar syrup in the glass.
  • Add apple juice till the glass fills up completely.
  • Add mint leaves, stir, and serve.

Notes

  • I used Tropicana no-sugar apple juice. You can use freshly made apple juice if you like. It'll make the lemonade cloudy instead of clear.
  • Stevia extract is an excellent, healthy alternative to sugar if you want to avoid sugar or it's harmful substitutes like Aspartame. Make sure to buy alcohol-free one.
